All of our meals are made on-site, with organic, locally sourced ingredients. We cook fully vegetarian meals with vegan and gluten free options - just let us know in advance! 

Breakfast

Whole wheat freshly baked breads with homemade jams, peanut butter and organic butter. Locally sourced yoghurt with Mapiya's own granola. Oatmeal and cereals with optional: brown/coconut sugar, coconut flakes, dried fruits, nuts and seeds, cinnamon, almond milk or organic cow's milk. Locally-grown fruits (apples and pears from our garden)! Coffee, tea and freshly squeezed juices.

Lunch

At Mapiya, we know the importance of eating healthy, while satisfying our taste buds... we guarantee you won't be disappointed! Vegetarian chilly, homemade Mapiya herb scones, mushroom risotto, mixed bean salad, polenta muffins, baked vegetable egg skillet, fresh vegetable salad straight from Mapiya's backyard! 

Dinner

Dinner is our favourite meal at Mapiya! So much nourishment and deliciousness all in one meal! Stews, veggie roasts, lasagna with spinach, mushrooms and ricotta, red cabbage and carrot salad, spinach and lentil stew, Mapiya's never-the-same garden veggie burgers, mixed veggie salad with greens from our garden!

Dessert: Homemade gluten-free brownies, superfood truffles, homestyle pies, vegan brittle, crepes and more!
