Life is a continuous balancing act - sleep and wakefulness, work and play, healthy and unhealthy foods, sweet and salty... yin and yang. 

This weekend we will be practicing self-love techniques to learn to balance out our lives, despite the chaos of daily life. With meditations designed to balance mind, body and spirit, you'll leave feeling energized, grounded and balanced!
